Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 5-10 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 8-15 business days

  • Remote areas: up to 20 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation.

Delays

Boniam is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package

  • Or record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Report the issue within 24 hours at support@boniam.com.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
