Refund policy

We maintain strict quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to conditions below.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Ghee and edible products (due to hygiene and safety regulations)

  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Mandatory Proof

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for fragile items like metal urli)

  • Photos showing the issue clearly

Without proper proof, claims will be rejected.

Reporting Timeline

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be entertained.

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Order is canceled before shipment

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Pickup

If applicable, our courier partner will arrange pickup. In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
